A family-owned passion project built on faith, friendship, and a love for unforgettable getaways.

Our Story

White Rail Investments began as the shared dream of two best friends — and brothers-in-law — Jaden and Bryan, alongside their talented and supportive wives, Wanda and Rosalyn. What started with long nights and weekends spent renovating houses has grown into a small collection of one-of-a-kind short-term rentals, each designed to give couples a place to slow down and reconnect.

Meet Jaden & Wanda

Jaden (born 1992) and Wanda (born 1991) grew up in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, fell in love at a Christian/Mennonite school, and married right out of high school. Jaden spent the next decade working for Bryan at Anytime Electric, and along the way the two bought their first rental — a 3-unit apartment that eventually funded their next venture.

In 2020, Jaden stumbled on a junky mountain lot with a burnt-out trailer not far from home. After praying about it, he felt God leading him to make an offer — and by the end of that day, it was under contract. He and Bryan drew up the plans and built The Frame at 8 Cabin Lane with their own hands. Today it has hundreds of five-star reviews and is approaching its fifth year of welcoming guests.

Wanda is living out her lifelong dream of hosting, and she sets the standard for it. She has a rare gift for making people feel like family the moment they arrive — and her homemade baked goods don’t hurt either. She loves the Lord, her three spirited daughters, and her plants and animals.

In 2022, the Lord provided a lot just down the road, where Jaden and Wanda built their dream home. Stay with us, and you might just get an invitation in.

Meet Bryan & Rosalyn

Bryan and Rosalyn — high school sweethearts — were married in 2006 and are raising three daughters and two sons together.

Bryan is the driven owner of Anytime Electric, which he has grown from a one-man operation into a team of 30 over the past 20 years. On the side, he has been chasing real estate since he bought his first fixer-upper at 18. He’s been buying, renovating, and selling homes ever since — most of them in partnership with Jaden. For years, the two of them worked their day jobs and tackled renovations on nights and weekends.

In 2024, Jaden took the leap and left his job to become the first full-time employee of White Rail Investments. He now keeps every property in top shape and is always on call to make sure our guests have everything they need.

Full Circle

It’s amazing how life comes back around. Jaden once worked for Bryan — and now Bryan’s children work for Jaden at the White Rail Collection. Teaching our kids valuable life skills, and hopefully passing along the entrepreneurial spirit, is something both families treasure.
