This is a beautiful efficiency studio unit.
Two beach chairs are provided for use.
The kitchenette has the basics, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, hot plate and microwave.

NOTE*** The main house is an adjoining unit that can be reserved separately.

Please be aware that there may be some potential for noise from the adjoining unit however none of the spaces are shared.

There is one locked closet, otherwise everything in the studio is available for use.

**Secondary unit so the property is shared but each unit has private parking and entrances.

**We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves.
